Joshua and Dora Clinton

Clinton Pool Services LLC (now Clinton Aquatics Group) began as a shared vision between Josh and Dora, built on years of hands-on experience in the aquatics field. Josh got his start in retail operations and, after years of dedication and proven excellence, he and Dora decided to launch their venture. With a foundation firmly rooted in honesty and integrity, they rapidly built a loyal client base—servicing over 200 commercial and residential clients in just four years. Their early commitment to dependable service laid the groundwork for the transformation they envisioned.

Fast forward to 2025, and their roles have evolved dramatically. Today, both Josh and Dora are not only seasoned industry professionals but also certified instructors (CPO, CPI, RWI, and CPOI) through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA). Their transition from servicing pools to training the next generation of pool operators is a testament to their forward-thinking approach. They are driven by a passion for continuous learning and a strong commitment to community safety. Every training session reflects their dedication to upholding industry standards and empowering professionals to excel.

Josh continues to lead with vision and influence. Based out of Arizona, he manages a large pool service company and has contributed extensively to the community. His involvement on the PHTA Glossary Committee, CPO Advisory Committee, and PHTA Membership Committee—as well as his regular contributions to industry publications—highlights his role as a thought leader.

Dora’s journey is equally inspiring. From the early days of their joint venture, Dora has been the anchor in forging lasting client relationships and setting a strategic direction for the business. Her expertise and unwavering commitment to quality have been central to developing training programs that set industry benchmarks. Her leadership and insight have positioned her as not only a mentor to countless professionals but also as a key advocate for higher industry standards.

Together, they have reimagined what it means to serve the aquatics community. Today, Clinton Aquatics Group has evolved into a leading aquatics consulting firm.
