Shipping policy

For the two day instructor led course, the handbooks are shipped via UPS from the PHTA contracted warehouse out of Colorado. We order the handbooks for the student the day that the order is fulfilled but do not have control over when the book is physically shipped out.

For the Fusion course, the student receives an email from Clinton Aquatics Group on how to access study materials and the PHTA sends out the actual access information for the class as this is done via the PHTA website.
